These efforts are a mix of seated, standing with hill climbing cadence and higher cadence. The efforts get shorter as the workout goes but with only 2min recovery between each set of efforts the HR will rise and the shorter efforts don’t get easier. A great session to build climbing strength whilst also performing some sprint efforts.
