A 12 week program aimed at cyclists doing a cycling holiday in Europe or America where there are many back-to-back days of riding. This training program has the volume and consistency of sessions that should make that trip enjoyable.
Designed for the cyclist that wants to build further on their road racing and a great progression from the Road Racer II - Part One, even though the hours and distance are slightly less the intensity of the sessions is higher.
A 24 week program for cyclists wanting to participate in Gran Fondo/Cycling Sportif events of around 160km/100mi. Includes a moderate/high amount of climbing.
