We offer discipline specific cycling training programs to help you develop specific cycling disciplines and event training programs that help you prepare for major cycling events around the world.
The program levels for our discipline specific cycling programs are based on your available time to train.
Level I – average around six hours a week.
Level II – average around nine hours a week.
Level III – average around eleven hours a week
Many of our discipline specific cycling programs also have several parts; part one, two and three. These are designed to be done one after another. Do part one first, then part two.
All our cycling training programs come with training files that are compatible with Zwift, TrainerRoad and many other training platforms.
They also come with cycling training videos to step you through the Cycling-Inform training method and pedaling techniques as well as our exclusive off the bike strength training video series.

Start becoming more awesome on hills! Designed for the cyclist that wants to further build on their climbing training. A great progression from Hill Climber II – Part One and is ideal for the cyclist planning that European cycling holiday. The cyclist should already have a solid base and be riding hills in their training prior to starting this program, if not then we recommend Hill Climber I part 1 to start with.
